What is Working Hours and Mileage Daily Basis Report?

Working Hours and Mileage Daily Basis Report allow the user to view the working Hours and Mileage for all vehicles per day with the vehicle’s information.

How to Open Working Hours and Mileage Daily Basis Report?

1. From the left side menu, click on Reports button.
   
2. From SafeRoad Reporting Center screen, there is a left list of categories, expand Utilization Category.
   
3. Click on Working Hours and Mileage Daily Basis report.
   

What does the screen contain?

The screen contains the following fields:

1. Select Date calendar that the reports will be displayed due to this date.
   
2. Export button which allows the user to export either to PDF file or to Excel sheets.
   
3. Select Vehicles button which allows the user to select one or more vehicles to display its data, if no vehicle selected, all vehicles will be included by default in the exported report.
   
4. Show Report button which displays the data according to the selected filters.
   

How to display the Report’s data?

1. Open Reports screen from the side menu, Saferoad Reporting Center screen will be opened.
   
2. Expand Utilization category. 
   
3. Choose Working Hours and Mileage Daily Basis report.
   
4. Select the date you need to extract the data for.
   
5. Choose the vehicles you want to create the report for, in case no vehicle chosen, the report will be extracted for all vehicles.
   
6. Click on Show Report button.
   

How to Export the Report?

1. Open Reports screen from the side menu.
   
2. Create the report by following the previously mentioned steps.
   
3. Click on the Export button, two choices will appear, click on Excel if you need to export the report to excel or click on Export PDF if you need to export the report to PDF file.
