How to Add Maintenance Plans

1- If you need to Add a Maintenance Plan you need to go to Preventive Maintenance screen from side menu then click on Add Maintenance Plan button.

2- Add Maintenance Plan screen will be opened which contains the following:

1. Side list of vehicles grouped by Group Name and can choose one or multiple vehicles.
   
2. A group of fields.

3-  If you need to add a Maintenance.

4-  Choose a vehicle or multiple vehicles from the side list.

5-  Choose Maintenance Type which is the type of maintenance you need for the vehicles.

6-  Choose Period Type which is the type of period you need to be notified on.

7-  Start Value is the current value of the Period Type and will be filled automatically when choose a vehicle. 

8-  Only appear if the Period Type is By Mileage or By Working Hours.

1. If Period Type = By Mileage, start value will be number of mileages for this vehicle at that moment.
   
2. If Period Type = By Working Hours, Start Value will be the number of working hours for this vehicle at that moment.
   

9-  Choose a Maintenance Due Value which is the value that the user will be notified on.

10- Next Value is the value that the user will be notified on next time which equals Start value plus Maintenance Due Value and only appear if Period Type = By Mileage or By Working Hours.

11-  Enter Optional field as follow:

1. Recurring Check box which mean if you want to be notified more than just once on Next Value.
   
2. Email Address if you want to received notifications by email.
   
3. Phone Number if you want to receive notifications by messages on your mobile number.
   
4. Notify by Push if you want to push notifications on your application.
   
5. Notify Message is the body of the message you want to receive by notifications.
   
6. Notify Period defines the type of the notification period if you want to be notified before the time of the notification that is defined in Maintenance Due Value:
   
1. Percentage which means percentage of the Maintenance Due Value.
   
2. Value which means the exact value you want to be notified on.
   
3. Notify When Value defines the value you need to be notified on before the real notification value in Maintenance Due value fulfilled:
   
1. If Notify Period = Percentage, then the value in Notify When is the percentage of Maintenance Due Value.
   
2. If Notify Period = Value, then the value in Notify When is the exact value you want to notify on.
