Managing Accounts


How to Add a New Account?


  1. From the Main menu, click on Management button from the left side menu.
  2. From Management screen, Click on Add Account.


  1. From Manage Accounts screen, click on Add Account button.


  1. The first screen is Add Account screen, fill the required fields
  2. WASL Integration Information is Optional.
  3. Click on NEXT button.


  1. The second screen is Create Administrator User screen, enter required fields


  1. Click on Next to access subscription page, Cancel for cancellation or Back to previous page.


  1. Click on Activate button below any feature needed to be added to the Account. Note that all features you selected are shown as list on the right with its prices. 
  2. Click on Next to access confirmation page, back to previous page or Cancel for cancellation.
  3. Confirmation page show User information and subscription list with total price.
  4. Click on Finish to confirm adding Account, back to previous page or cancel for cancellation.




How to Edit Account?


  1. From Manage Accounts screen, click on Edit button from Actions column.




  1. Change the data you want and click on Submit to save or cancel for cancellation. 




How to Activate Account?

  1. From Manage account screen, click on Activate button from Actions column.


  1. A confirmation message will appear, click on Activate button or Close button for cancellation.



How to Suspend Account?

  1. From Manage Accounts screen, click on Suspend button from Actions column.


  1. A confirmation message will appear, click on Suspend button or Close button for cancellation.



How to Complete Account?

  1. From Incomplete Accounts section, click on Complete Account from Action column.



  1. Complete the data.
  2. Click on Next to access confirmation page, back to previous page or Cancel for cancellation.
  3. Confirmation page shows User information and subscription list with the total price.
  4. Click on Finish for confirmation, back to the previous page or cancel for cancellation.


How to Search for an Account?

  • From Manage Accounts screen, two Search boxes appear in both completed and incomplete accounts, enter account name and click Enter for searching.


How to Manage Account’s Users?

  1. From manage account screen, click on Manage Users from Action column.

How to Manage Account’s Vehicles

  1. From Manage Account screen, click on Manage Vehicles from action list.

How to Add Subscription to Account

  1. From Manage Account screen, click on Subscription from Actions column.


  1. Click on Activate to active feature, deactivate to deactivate feature or suspend to suspend the features.
  2. Click on Save to save the changes you make, Save and Apply to apply the feature for the selected account or Cancel for cancellation.
  3. To confirm Applying press Apply button in confirmation message.
  4. To cancel applying press cancel button in confirmation message.



How to Show the Account Status Overview

  1. Note the Dashboard that shows the number of accounts for each status (Active Account, Suspend Account, Distributor account, Total Account).
